Paul Hood is a team of professional that guide clients on risks and opportunities around tax and financial health via an innovative subscription product. They contracted us to create a modern and clean website and brand that competes with competitors and tells a clear, value focused story that converts visitors into customers.
challenge
As one of the first tax prep and financial advisories to launch a membership for year-round support, Paul Hood faced a lack of awareness around their company offerings. They needed to define this new market they were creating to attract new customers, while not alienating their existing client base.
solution
We began by utilizing a bright color palette to create a bold new design for Paul Hood's new website. The rounded corners and use of white space give the design an approachable feel so any customer, new or old, feels welcome. Unique layouts and interactions increase user engagement and convert viewers to members. To aid the user journey, we used different colored backgrounds to present visual cues to quickly differentiate between the different personas; this allows users to quickly determine if they are  viewing content that is geared toward them.
